ACCA to Provide Free Live Broadcasting for the Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournaments

thumb_ACCA_LogoJoplin, MO – The Association of Christian College Athletics is excited to announce a partnership with Chris Schieman Media & Marketing to stream this year’s men’s and women’s basketball tournament games at Ozark Christian College in Joplin, MO, live via Meridix.

All games played at OCC will be broadcast live, for free with a 5 minute pre-game starting with the first day of action on Wednesday, March 5th and concluding with the championship games on Saturday, March 8th.

Each game played at Ozark Christian will be streamed live on the ACCA Meridix Channel available at

Providing the play-by-play for all the tournament action is Chris Schieman. “I’m very excited to be working with the ACCA to help spread its message,” Schieman said. “This partnership ensures that fans can follow all the action for year’s tournaments if they can’t make the trip and I’m excited to be able to provide this free service.”

Fans can chat about this year’s tournament by using the hashtag #ACCAHoops on Twitter. Select tweets will be read during the broadcasts. “I believe in creating a broadcast that is fun for the whole family and encourage fans to send support to the players on Twitter,” Schieman said. “Social media adds a wonderful component to the broadcasts and I’m passionate about connecting with the fans.”

A full schedule of games will be announced a few days prior to the start of the tournament. Each game will be set up 10 minutes prior to tipoff. Additional games played at Missouri Southern State University will also be streamed live, with no audio. More details to come closer to the tournament.
